Grand Canyon Tour and Navajo Reservation

Our friendly, informative guides will treat you to diverse scenery and history on this spectacular One-day Grand Canyon tour. Travel across the vast Navajo Indian Reservation where you'll make a stop on the reservation at the Cameron Trading Post (with the Painted Desert as your backdrop) to shop for beautiful Native American jewelry and crafts. Your early lunch stop will also be here -- try the Navajo Taco or some delicious Fry Bread! Next, drink in the boundless wonders of the Grand Canyon from our favorite overlooks along the rim drive and take a short nature walk at your leisure. Stops will be made along the canyon's east and south rims. Return to Flagstaff in the evening. This is by far our most popular trip, allowing you to see the diversity of Arizona's geography.

Optional Helicopter Adventure:

In addition to Grand Canyon tour price add: Adult: $154.00 and Child $131.00

Combine your Grand Canyon ground tour with a magnificent scenic helicopter flight for a spectacular day. This breathtaking helicopter flight takes you over the deepest portion of the Grand Canyon, through the Dragon Corridor and to the North Rim for breathtaking views. During the return flight, enjoy views of rock temples and shrines while flying over the widest portion of the Colorado River. A $10 per person fuel charge must be paid directly to the helicopter company upon check-in for helicopter flight. This charge is in addition to the above tour price.

Hotel Pick Up and Pick Up Time:

Pick up time is generally between 9:00am - 9:45am. Our office will call you directly the evening prior to your tour. If you are not in, a message will be left on voicemail or at the front desk for you to call us. If the confirmation message is not received or is unclear, please contact our office. If we don't talk to you directly, PLEASE check your messages by 8:00pm. Make sure your watch is set to Arizona time. If for some reason you have not received your pickup time, please call us. All necessary telephone numbers will be provided upon confirmation.

The guide will meet you at the front lobby door of your hotel. All our vans are brand new white Fords with multi color designs.

Pick up is not provided from Private Residences. It is our policy to pick up only at a hotel or other public place for safety and insurance purposes. We will make every effort to find a hotel very near your home to meet us for your tour.

Vehicle Information:

We are proud to offer the finest fleet in the Flagstaff area! Our brand new, full sized maxi-vans are all customized for touring, including individual seating, a center aisle, tall ceilings, state of the art public address systems, hydraulic steps and many of them have video players. The windows are oversized for great views and all the vans are fully climate controlled. We have deluxe motor coaches and mini coaches available to accommodate large custom groups when necessary.

Our vans are designed for 12-14 passengers. If you have a wheelchair or other necessary equipment, please notify us at the time of booking so we may plan ahead to make arrangements for your special needs. We have a cooler on board in which small items such as medication or snacks may be refrigerated for your convenience. Anything you bring should be able to fit under your seat for the comfort and safety of everyone on board.

Weather in Arizona and The Grand Canyon:

Weather at the Grand Canyon can be unpredictable at any time, and weather systems can move into the Grand Canyon quickly. Our tours go rain or shine, but we cannot always guarantee views at the Grand Canyon. Mother Nature is of course in control of that. The Grand Canyon is beautiful any way you see it -- whether it's a crystal clear day, clouds building up over the rim of the canyon due to an approaching storm, an afternoon rain over the canyon (maybe you'll see a rainbow!) or even in the middle of a snowstorm (think of the canyon as a cake with the snow as the icing!). You'll always have a story to tell about your visit to the Grand Canyon - whether the weather was beautiful or if there was "weather" there for the day. You'll get a fantastic tour from us, whatever the weather!

 

Payment:

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 48hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are charged 50% of the total cost. We charge 100% for NO SHOWS. If you wish to re-schedule, please do so prior to 48 Hours of your tour date. There is no penatly for re-scheduling outside 48 Hours.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
