Our friendly, informative guides will treat you to diverse scenery and history on this spectacular one-day adventure through Sedona's colorful Red Rocks.

Your Day Trip will include:

• Departs Flagstaff approximately 7:30am
• 30 - 45 minutes break at Montezuma Castle
• 3 - 3.5 hours at Uptown Sedona for shopping or optional Jeep ride.
• Return to Flagstaff approximately 5:00pm - 5:30pm

In Arizona, Sedona's colorful Red Rocks have long been an inspiration to artists, filmmakers and visitors. Begin today with a stop at Montezuma's Castle, one of the best preserved prehistoric Indian cliff dwellings in North America. Next, it's on to the beautiful Sedona area into the heart of Red Rock country in uptown Sedona to spend time browsing the many galleries and shops and have a bite to eat at one of many wonderful restaurants or cafes. Many people think Sedona is just as beautiful -- if not more so -- than the Grand Canyon -- join us to see why! Return to the Flagstaff between approximately 5:00 - 5:30pm. Meals and gratuities not included.

Add a jeep tour among the red rocks to your Sedona tour! This 90-minute jeep tour will bring you through and above Sedona's famous red rocks to give you spectacular views of the Mogollon Rim and the greater Sedona area. First, ascent an amazing 2,000 feet to the very top of the Mogollon Rim. Majestic red rock formations blaze the trail for scenic beauty and rugged exploration. A dramatic vantage point for sight-seers and a photographer's dream-come true.

Hotel Pick Up and Pick Up Time:

Pick up time is generally between 6:30am - 7:30am. Our office will call you directly the evening prior to your tour. If you are not in, a message will be left on voicemail or at the front desk for you to call us. If the confirmation message is not received or is unclear, please contact our office. If we don't talk to you directly, PLEASE check your messages by 8:00pm. Make sure your watch is set to Arizona time. If for some reason you have not received your pickup time, please call us. All necessary telephone numbers will be provided upon confirmation.

The guide will meet you at the front lobby door of your hotel. All our vans are brand new white Fords with multi color designs.

Pick up is not provided from Private Residences. It is our policy to pick up only at a hotel or other public place for safety and insurance purposes. We will make every effort to find a hotel very near your home to meet us for your tour.

Vehicle Information:

We are proud to offer the finest fleet in the Phoenix area! Our brand new, full sized maxi-vans are all customized for touring, including individual seating, a center aisle, tall ceilings, state of the art public address systems, hydraulic steps and many of them have video players. The windows are oversized for great views and all the vans are fully climate controlled. We have deluxe motor coaches and mini coaches available to accommodate large custom groups when necessary.

Our vans are designed for 12-14 passengers. If you have a wheelchair or other necessary equipment, please notify us at the time of booking so we may plan ahead to make arrangements for your special needs. We have a cooler on board in which small items such as medication or snacks may be refrigerated for your convenience. Anything you bring should be able to fit under your seat.

 

Payment:

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 48hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are charged 50% of the total cost. We charge 100% for NO SHOWS. If you wish to re-schedule, please do so prior to 48 Hours of your tour date. There is no penatly for re-scheduling outside 48 Hours.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.

Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses. Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
