The Grand Canyon Experience - Departing Sedona

Your professional and knowledgeable guide narrates your journey from start to finish ensuring an incredible Grand Canyon experience. Your unforgettable tour begins with a beautiful drive up Oak Creek Canyon, one of the top 10 scenic drives in America. Then we travel through the Ponderosa Pine Forest of Flagstaff, past the San Francisco Peaks, and on to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.

Lunch Stop: You will have ample time to experience any of the restaurants available at Grand Canyon Village or take a leisurely stroll along the rim and grab a quick snack.

After lunch, we'll travel along the south rim for spectacular views and great photo opportunities. We then exit the Canyon on the east end for a majestic view of the Colorado River. On our way back to Sedona, we'll stop at the famous Cameron Trading Post on the Navajo Indian Reservation.

Complimentary Hotel Pick Up:

A specific Pick up time will be indicated upon confirmation - listed on your Confirmation E-Ticket.  Pick up will be at a pre-arranged time, from your selected hotel, prior to the actual tour departure time. Pick up time is generally within one hour prior to the actual tour time.

About Vehicle - Tour Trekker:

The Tour Tekker is a one‐of‐a‐kind, high‐end vehicle designed, licensed, and custom built exclusively for our tours as the ultimate tour vehicle. It features seating for 10 passengers in plush, high‐back leather captain chairs, large vista windows for unparalleled viewing, auxiliary rear compartment air conditioning & heating for maximum comfort, 15" flat panel display with premium stereo sound, dc plugs for recharging personal electronics, and an adjustable air‐ride suspension for the smoothest ride possible. The Tour Trekker will be used exclusively for the Grand Canyon Tours. We are extremely excited to offer you the ultimate in touring comfort!

What to Bring:

We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing, which includes sturdy hiking or tennis shoes, hats, sunglasses and sunscreen. Also remember to bring bottled water, camera and film.

Travel Time:

The Grand Canyon is 140 miles north of Sedona. You should allow 3 hours for travel time.

 

Payment:

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
